Your Personality:

Friend, you let the current pull you as it may. You trust life will bring to wherever you're meant to be, so you see no use in struggling against it. You're a natural healer, and take joy in helping your friends and family overcome their hardships. You treat them with compassion – your emotional depth means you're able to empathize with just about anyone.


Your Prescription: Emotional & Spiritual Self-Care 

If you want to stay in the flow, it's important to not let trapped emotions block your joy. Your self care routine should give you space to let it all out.


For your personality type, one of the best self care rituals you can practice is journaling.


Being the ‘let it flow’ person you are, you don't have to make it complicated or structured (unless you want to!) 


To start practicing journaling, first, choose a journal or notebook that resonates with you. 


Then grab a pen and set a timer for 20 minutes. 


Finally take a deep breath and  just write unedited until the time goes off. Let whatever is inside of you pour out on to the page uncensored.


The act of  writing intuitively by hand will help the energy flow through you unblocked — freeing  your heart and activating your intuition, and  giving you the emotional & spiritual self care you need.  


Over time your journaling  practice will elevate your spirit, and you will experience more and more inner peace until peace and flow is your default energy. Pretty soon, nothing will be able to block, upset or overwhelm you.
