You are loud, proud, and refuse to apologize for it – and why should you? How you feel is how you feel, and you don't see the point in fighting against that. Friends and family feel a pull to your bright, bold energy. You've got a knack for lighting up any room!

Your Prescription: Physical & Social Self-Care 

Activity To Try:

If you want to stay energized and positive, it's important to heal and rejuvenate your physical body.  

For your personality type, one of the best self care rituals you can practice is self massage with healing balms and essential oils.

Being the bright and bold spirit you are, you may want to try warm and bold scents like cinnamon.

To start practicing self massage, first, choose a healing balm or oil that has healing properties and scents that resonate with you.

Cleanse your body and relax your mind with a warm shower.

Take the healing balm or oil and warm it in the palm of your hands.

Inhale the scent and let it wash over you.

Then massage your thighs, legs and feet until you feel relaxed.

Caring for your physical body will release tension and rejuvenate you, giving you the physical self care you need.

If you would like to amplify  your practice by adding social self care invite a partner to participate or hire a massage therapist. 

Over time your aroma therapy massages  will elevate your spirit, and you will experience more and more energy and vitality and being energized and magnetic will be your default energy. Pretty soon, nothing will be able to drain or exhaust you.
