When a crisis comes your way, you keep your composure. To others, it seems like you've got everything together— even when you may feel the opposite.

You're a creative, critical thinker and rarely lose sight of what's truly important.

Ultimately you are gifted at grounding and centering yourself!

Your Prescription

Mental & Practical Self Care

If you want to stay grounded and centered, it's important to give your mind a rest from overthinking, and overstimulation so be mindful not to overcomplicate your self care routine.

For your personality type, one of the best self care rituals you can practice is mantra meditation. 

Being the grounded down to earth person you are, you don't have to make it fancy or complicated (unless you want to!)

To start practicing mantra meditation, first, choose a short phrase that is powerful to you.

An example mantra is "All is well, and I am at peace."

Before bed every night, close your eyes. Take 3 deep breaths and repeat your mantra for 5 minutes.

The repetition of the mantra will free your mind from overthinking, giving you the mental and practical self care you need.

Over time your mantra practice will elevate your spirit, and you will experience more and more inner peace until peace and grounding is your default disposition. Pretty soon, nothing will be able to upset or overwhelm you.
